After a couple of days in the gym followed by a couple days of varying degrees of L knee pain from excruciating to nagging but always constant, I am hanging up the jogging hat for now. I enjoyed the accomplishments I was making. I cannot deal with the constant pain especially with my line of work. I was using running for weight loss but perhaps I need to focus on weight loss before I try the running again. c'est la vie. Can't say I didn't try.
In other news, I have a couch. Hooray!
